Clek’s Fllo page lists a seating width of 16.9 inches and a base width of 13 inches, and describes the seat as purpose-built for 3-across installations and designed for extended rear-facing use. That narrow base is the detail to notice: a seat that’s narrower at the bottom than at the shoulders can leave more room around buckles. It listed at $419.99.
Choose the Fllo if buckle access is your worry and you want a narrow base under a slim shell. Skip it if you need a seat that converts to a booster, since it’s sold as a convertible, or if the premium price is hard to justify for three seats.
4. Clek Foonf
The Foonf shares the Fllo’s listed 16.9-inch seat width and 13-inch base, and Clek markets it with rigid-LATCH installation. It was the highest-priced seat we checked at $559.99. Among the narrowest car seats for 3 across, it’s the one you’d pick for its installation hardware rather than for extra width savings — the width matches the Fllo.
Choose the Foonf if you specifically want Clek’s rigid-LATCH design in a slim seat. Skip it if width is your only goal; the Fllo lists the same width for less.

Evenflo’s All4Stages Slim page lists a 16.9-inch footprint and says the seat grows from birth to booster, with a stated goal of fitting three across in the back seat. It listed at $229.99, tied with the Chicco for the lowest price we saw.
Choose the All4Stages Slim if you want a budget all-in-one and can live with 0.2 inch more width than the narrowest options. Skip it if your measurement leaves almost no margin, where every tenth of an inch counts.
6. Evenflo Revolve360 Slim
Evenflo describes the Revolve360 Slim as America’s slimmest rotating car seat at a listed 16.9-inch width — that’s Evenflo’s own claim. A seat that swivels toward the door can make loading easier, but in a packed three-seat row, a rotating seat also needs room to turn without hitting its neighbors. It showed a listed price of $291.99 when we checked.

7. Britax Poplar
Britax’s Poplar page labels it a “Slim 17-inch Design.” It’s the widest seat on this list, though Britax still markets it as a slim design. It listed at $349.99.
